HOW TO PLAY
- BUILD WORDS: Tap tiles to select them. Tiles can be anywhere on the grid (non-adjacent). On desktop you can simply type letters (Enter launches, Backspace undoes, Esc clears).
- LAUNCH: Press LAUNCH (or Enter) to clear the word.
- SURVIVE: The grid rises over time — watch the bar under the grid. If tiles hit the top, SYSTEM FAILURE.
- CHAIN REACTION: Words of 5+ letters increase your Score Multiplier. WARNING: 3 letter words will HALVE your multiplier — on LOCKE it resets to 1x!
- RARE LETTERS PAY: Hard letters score more (Q/Z = 10, J/X = 8, K = 5...). QUIZ beats EASE.
SPECIAL TILES
- RED PULSE (BOMB): Explodes when used, destroying surrounding tiles.
- PURPLE PULSE (AUTO): Instantly finds and launches the longest possible word.
- CYAN PULSE (CRYO): Freezes the grid for 7 seconds and DOUBLES all points scored while frozen. Each word extends the freeze!
- ORANGE PULSE (BRAKES): Reduces Speed by 1 and adds time to the clock.
- GREEN PULSE (OVERDRIVE): Adds +3 to Multiplier immediately and PROTECTS your chain from resetting on short words.
THE GRIND
- SPD 7+: Vowels grow scarce.
- SPD MAX: The system peaks — every row you survive pays a bonus scaled by your multiplier.
- CASCADES: Words formed by falling tiles score too, and 5+ letter cascades grow your chain.
